The concept was brought about as the client wanted banner stands to demonstrate what Talent Management is all about, and wanted strong and memorable imagery. We soon realised there were a number of different sectors &#8211; 3 different lines of work, divided again by 3. So we devised a logo made from a grid symbolising the different sectors and manifested as a stylised fountain, showing the development and expansion of these sectors.
